Examrunz operates a strict zero-tolerance policy against the misuse or abuse of our services.
To report any form of abuse, please send a detailed email with supporting evidence to
Examrun11@gmail.com 
All reports are automatically logged into our Abuse Department system and are reviewed during
official working hours. We strive to investigate and respond to all valid complaints promptly.

Dissatisfaction & Escalation Process

We take pride in handling enquiries professionally and aim to resolve all issues within ourstated service timelines. If you are dissatisfied with the service received, please reply toyour existing email and request that the matter be escalated. Clearly state your concerns, whatwent wrong, and how the issue could have been handled better.

If you do not have any existing correspondence, please open a new email and direct it to themost appropriate department for faster resolution.
