2026 JAMB UTME Registration Starts Now Don’t Miss Out
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially commenced registration for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), including candidates from foreign countries. Registration is strictly conducted at accredited and approved JAMB CBT registration centres only. Prospective candidates are required to purchase the JAMB ePIN before proceeding for registration. Candidates who have already obtained their ePIN are advised to download and fully complete the JAMB Registration Template prior to visiting any accredited CBT centre. The registration exercise will close on Saturday, 28th February, 2026.

The official novel for the 2026 UTME is The Lekki Headmaster by Kabir Alabi Garba. UTME candidates are entitled to a free copy of the novel upon successful completion of their registration at an accredited CBT centre. Candidates are advised to request their copy if it is not given to them.
Important Notice on Previous Admission
All candidates must clearly state if they have ever been admitted (matriculated) before. This means you must provide details of any previous UTME or Direct Entry (DE) registration, including the year, during your registration.
If you give false information or fail to declare a previous admission, your registration or admission may be cancelled automatically.
Candidates who were previously admitted are allowed to change institutions or programmes, or start afresh. However, it is very important to declare any previous admission, as failure to do so is considered an offence.

COMPLETION OF REGISTRATION
To complete your registration, you need to first verify on the system that all information on your registration template have been correctly entered into the registration portal before printing your registration confirmation slip. You can only Print the Registration Confirmation SIip USING BIOMETRIC AUTHENTICATION to confirm valid fingerprint (UTME/DE). Note that authentication with your fingerprint removes blames of error from CBT centres. Candidates are to check before confirming with their fingerprint.
Schools, Institutions, Tutorial Centres, Business Centres & Cafes can start setting up their CBT Centres to become JAMB CBT Agents and Training Centres to help train students for the upcoming exams
