Taraba State Poly notice to Graduands
The Management of the Polytechnic has directed all graduating students to commence the collection of their convocation materials ahead of the forthcoming convocation ceremony.
According to a notice issued on behalf of the Registrar by Mrs Varisca E. Habila, the collection exercise will begin on Thursday, 30 July 2026.
Graduating students are advised to visit the Academic Division to collect their academic gown (full robe) and the Book of Proceedings, which contains the official list of graduating students as well as other important information relating to the convocation ceremony.
The Polytechnic urged all eligible graduates to collect their materials promptly to avoid last-minute delays and ensure they are adequately prepared for the convocation ceremony.
