Motorcycle Operators (Okada)
With immediate effect, motorcycle operators will only be allowed onto the campus if they wear a customised reflective vest for identification, in addition to the numbered tags issued at the main entrance. All operators must also register with the University’s Security Unit using their National Identification Number (NIN) or Voter’s Card. Members of the University community are advised to patronise only registered riders wearing the approved reflective vest.

Staff Living in Staff Quarters
Staff residing in the University Staff Quarters will be issued identification tags and vehicle stickers to enable easy identification. The stickers are intended to distinguish staff vehicles from those belonging to students, visitors and other motorists.

Traders and General Identification
Campus traders will be issued identification tags, which must be worn while conducting business. Staff and students are also encouraged to carry their University identity cards at all times to facilitate proper identification.

Enhanced Security Checks
The University has commenced enhanced security checks on vehicles and motorcycles at all entry points to the campus. Management stated that the measures are intended to improve campus security and urged staff and students to cooperate fully with security personnel and report any suspicious activity.
