FUHSO Remedial Science Admission Form for the 2026/2027 Academic Session
The Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO), Benue State, has announced the commencement of admission into its Remedial Science Programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.
According to the university, the nine-month intensive programme is designed to prepare candidates for admission into selected undergraduate degree programmes at FUHSO through classroom teaching, laboratory exercises and JAMB/UTME coaching.
Entry Requirements
Applicants must possess at least three O’Level credits in WAEC, SSCE, NECO, GCE or equivalent results in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and any one of Biology, Agricultural Science or Geography.
The programme is available to candidates interested in studying:
- Medicine and Surgery (MBBS)
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D)
- Nursing Science
- Medical Laboratory Science
- Public Health and Epidemiology
- Biochemistry
- Human Anatomy
- Human Physiology
- Microbiology
- Computer Science
- Chemistry
- Biological Science
- Medical Physics
- Biostatistics
- Mathematics
Admission Conditions
Candidates who successfully complete the programme may be considered for automatic placement into FUHSO degree programmes, provided they meet the university’s stated requirements.
To qualify, candidates must:
- Score at least 50% in each subject.
- Maintain a minimum of 75% attendance.
- Choose FUHSO as their first choice in JAMB/UTME.
- Meet the university’s cut-off mark for their chosen programme.
Application Fee and Deadline
The application fee is ₦10,000, and it is non-refundable.

- Application closes: Sunday, 31 October 2026
