IMSU Announces 2026/2027 Direct Entry Screening

The public is hereby informed that Imo State University (IMSU), Owerri, will commence registration for the 2026/2027 Direct Entry screening exercise on Friday, 14 August 2026.

Eligibility

• Candidates must have chosen IMSU as their first-choice institution.
• Candidates who did not choose IMSU as their first choice but meet the required cut-off mark may apply, provided they change their institution of first choice to IMSU on the JAMB website before the application deadline.
• Candidates must possess OND, HND, First Degree, A-Level or equivalent qualifications in relevant disciplines.
• Candidates must ensure that their qualifying results are uploaded to JAMB. Those who fail to upload their results will not be considered for admission.

How to Apply

1. Visit and click https://www.imsuonline.edu.ng/ on 2026/2027 Direct Entry Application.
2. Enter your JAMB registration number to check your eligibility.
3. If eligible, make a payment of ₦2,000 at IMSU Microfinance Bank using your JAMB registration number as the invoice number, and generate your receipt.
4. After 24 hours, return to the university website to complete the application form.
5. Present the acknowledgement slip at the Direct Entry screening venue on the scheduled date.

Aptitude Test The specific date and time for each candidate’s screening examination will be communicated in due course.
