AAUA Opens Applications for 2026/2027 Pre-Degree Programme

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates seeking admission into the Pre-Degree Programme of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA), Ondo State, for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Pre-Degree Programme runs for one academic session. Candidates who successfully complete the programme, following appropriate counselling, will be eligible to select from the University’s available degree programmes.

Admission placement, however, will be based on candidates’ performance and the availability of spaces. Candidates are also required to sit for the 2027 UTME and obtain the minimum score stipulated by the University to be considered for admission.

OPTIONS & SUBJECT COMBINATIONS

English Language is compulsory for all Pre-Degree students, alongside the following subject combinations:

Arts

• Government, Literature in English, Religious Studies (GLR)
• Economics, Government, Literature in English (EGL)

Biological Sciences

• Biology, Chemistry, Physics (BCP)

Physical Sciences

• Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics (CMP)
• Geography, Mathematics, Physics (GMP)

Social Sciences

• Economics, Government, Mathematics (EGM)
• Mathematics, Geography, Economics (MGE)

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Visit the official application portal: https://eduportal.aaua.edu.ng/aug/applications
2. Create an account.
3. Make the required payment.
4. Under Payment Method, click Make Payment.
5. Select your preferred programme.
6. Click PAY ONLINE.
7. After payment is confirmed, proceed to complete the application form.
8. Print your acknowledgement slip and proceed to pay the tuition fee.

Applicants are advised to log out of their accounts after completing the application.

Applicants are also required to report to the Centre for Pre-Degree Studies for the submission of their completed hard-copy/physical forms.
