Jamb change of course & institution 2026 has begin. Candidates can process their changes at accredited centres and Jamb offices. note that candidates are to make payment for  this  service,  charges to be paid to the JAMBCBT centre.

we urge candidates who have decided to change their institution/course to proceed to an accredited centre or JAMB office for that purpose. You can also correct your Bio.data. Please make sure you actually need a change of course/institution before proceeding for any changes change.

Steps guide on how to change your course / institution

1. Visit an Approved CBT Centre: Go to any accredited JAMB CBT centre with your registration slip

2. Request for Data Correction: tell  the attendant that you want to carry out a Change of Course or Change of Institution.

3. Make Payment: Pay the official JAMB processing fee of ₦2,500 alongside the CBT centre service charge, which may range from ₦700 to ₦1,000.

4. Submit New Details: Provide your preferred institution or course choices, whether first, second, third, or fourth choice you want

5. Complete Biometric Verification: Your fingerprint will be captured to confirm and authorize the process.

6. Collect Your Printout: After the process is completed, obtain your Change of Data Slip as evidence of successful change.

It is important for candidates to confirm if they meet the requirements of the course and the institution they want  to change to before proceeding with the changes.
