Today, I will show you the best way to fill your form to avoid making mistakes other students do.

JAMB Form Filling Guide

JAMB Form has a total of Five (5) Sections.

SECTION A – ESSENTIAL INFO

1.  Profile Code: Send NIN to 55019 to get yours if you don’t have it already.
2. PIN: Buy ePIN from banks/Opay/PalmPay, etc. This will commence in JAN
3.  Names: Surname, First name, Middle name
4. DATE OF BIRTH: Day-Month-Year format
5. Sex/Marital Status
6.  GSM: Number used for Profile Code
7. Nationality & State/LGA
8.  NIN Update: Yes or No

SECTION B – OTHER INFO

✉️ Email: BE CAREFUL! Can’t change later. Make sure you don’t loss Your email.

🏛️ Exam State & Town (choose CBT center location near you). I will show you these later.

📝 Mock Exam: Optional

SECTION C – INSTITUTIONS

Choose 4 schools:

1st: Any University

2nd: Any University

3rd: Polytechnic/COE (ideally)

4th: IEI school

SECTION D – SUBJECTS

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Pick the correct subject combination!

Wrong subjects = NO ADMISSION

SECTION E – O’LEVEL

Enter WAEC/NECO details

No result? Write “AR” (Awaiting Result)

❌ DON’T fill “Staff Only” section
