YSU announces online graduation clearance exercise for 2024/2025 graduates

The Management of Yobe State University (YSU), Damaturu has announced the commencement of the Online Graduation Clearance Exercise for students who graduated during the 2024/2025 academic session.

This was contained in a notice issued by the Director, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Dr. Idi Mohammed, on 9th January, 2026.

 

According to the notice, all affected graduates are required to complete their graduation clearance online through the YSU Alumni Portal by visiting:

https://ysu.edu.ng/smis/alumni/undergraduate

Graduates are expected to fill out the online graduation clearance form and upload a soft copy of their final year project upon completion of the form.

The University Management advises all concerned graduates to ensure strict compliance with the directive to avoid any delay in the processing of their graduation clearance.

The notice was signed by Dr. Idi Mohammed, Director of ICT, and copied to the Dean, Student Affairs.
