University of Ilesa opens admission for new programmes, 2026/2027

The University of Ilesa (UNILESA), Osun State, has announced that its newly approved academic programmes are now open to eligible candidates for the 2026/2027 admission session.

The new programmes include:

• B.Sc. Artificial Intelligence
• B.Eng. Computer Engineering
• B.Eng. Mechanical Engineering
• B.Eng. Mechatronics Engineering
• B.Eng. Civil Engineering
• B.Eng. Chemical Engineering
• B.Eng. Mining Engineering
• B.Eng. Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• B.Sc. Nuclear Science
• B.Sc. Intelligence and Security Studies
• B.Sc. Islamic Economics and Finance
• B.Sc. Cooperative Economics and Management
• B.CHS. Community Health Science

Eligibility

Candidates who sat for the 2026 UTME and scored a minimum of 160, while meeting all other admission requirements, are eligible to apply for the newly approved programmes.

How to Apply

1. Change your first-choice institution to the University of Ilesa (UNILESA) through the JAMB CAPS portal.
2. Register for the UNILESA Post-UTME screening through the university’s admissions portal.

Registration for the exercise closes on 30 September 2026.
