Accordingly, with effect from the 2026/2027 Academic Session, the existing policy permitting students to pay 60% of their tuition fees in the first semester and the remaining 40% in the second semester shall cease to apply.

Henceforth, all students will be required to pay their approved tuition fees in full at the commencement of each academic session before completing their registration. The University will strictly enforce its ‘No Payment, No Registration, No Examination’ policy.

Consequently, any student who fails to pay the prescribed tuition fees in full at the beginning of the session will not be registered for that session and will therefore be ineligible to participate in academic activities or sit any University examination.

Students experiencing financial difficulties are advised to take advantage of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), a Federal Government intervention scheme designed to assist eligible Nigerian students in financing their education.

Furthermore, all students who have not yet paid their tuition fees in full for the current 2025/2026 Academic Session are hereby directed to settle their outstanding fee obligations without further delay.

The University will take appropriate measures to recover all outstanding debts, and no student indebted to the University will be permitted to sit any University examination until all outstanding obligations have been fully settled.

All students, parents, guardians and other stakeholders are requested to take note of this directive and ensure full compliance.

Thank you.
