BUK Admission Documentation and ID Card Notice

The management of Bayero University, Kano (BUK) wishes to inform all fresh students admitted for the 2025/2026 academic session that the recently concluded matriculation ceremony officially marks the completion of the admission process.

Accordingly, all fresh students are directed to proceed to the Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records (DEAR) to complete the final stage of their registration, which includes the necessary documentation and the collection of their Student Identity (ID) Cards.

All concerned students are required to complete their documentation and collect their Student ID Cards from the DEAR on or before Friday, 31 July 2026.

Students are advised to note that no student will be permitted to sit any university examination without a valid Student Identity (ID) Card.

The university urges all affected students to treat this directive with the utmost importance and ensure full compliance before the stated deadline.
