The management of Bayero University, Kano (BUK) has announced that the 2025/2026 Matriculation Ceremony for newly admitted undergraduate students has been scheduled as follows:
BUK notice: Matric gown collection for students
Date: Thursday, 16th July, 2026
Venue: Convocation Arena, New Campus, Bayero University, Kano
Time: 1:00 p.m.
Matriculation Gown Booking
Students who wish to participate in the matriculation ceremony are required to book their gowns online. As the number of gowns available is limited, bookings and collections will be made strictly on a first come, first served basis.

Booking Procedure:
Book your matriculation gown online through the portal.
Pay the prescribed fee of ₦1,000.
Upon successful payment, an acknowledgement slip will be generated.
Present the acknowledgement slip when collecting your gown.

New Campus, Bayero University, Kano
Important Notice:
Matriculation gowns are available in limited quantities. Students are therefore strongly advised to complete their bookings and collect their gowns early, as both booking and collection will be on a strict first come, first served basis.
