The Academic Affairs Division of the Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA) has announced the commencement of a data-capturing and academic records verification exercise for all final-year students. The exercise is in line with the requirements of the Nigeria Education Repository and Databank (NERD) for the processing of NYSC mobilization.

All students in 400 and 500 levels across all departments are required to report to the Academic Affairs Division for the exercise within the scheduled period.

Required Documents

Students are to present the following documents during the verification process:

– National Identification Number (NIN) Slip
– JAMB Admission Letter (Institution Copy)
– 400/500 Level Second Semester Course Registration Form

Exercise Schedule

Date: Monday, 13 July – Friday, 24 July 2026

Students are advised to ensure that all information submitted during the exercise matches the details available on the University Portal, as any discrepancy may affect their eligibility for NYSC mobilization.

The University has emphasized that participation in this exercise is mandatory. Failure to complete the data capturing and verification within the stipulated period may result in the forfeiture of NYSC mobilization.

Heads of Departments are also requested to notify and ensure that all eligible final-year students in their respective departments comply with this directive within the specified timeframe.
