FUMMSA Admission List for 2026/2027 Now Available on JAMB CAPS

The Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences, Abeokuta (FUMMSA), Ogun State, has released its admission list for the 2026/2027 academic session.

Candidates who participated in the 2026/2027 admission screening exercise can now check whether they have been offered provisional admission through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).

The list of successful candidates has been uploaded to JAMB CAPS. Candidates are advised to follow the steps below to check their admission status.

How to check FUMMSA admission status on JAMB CAPS

1. Visit the JAMB e-Facility portal: https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/ and log in using your registered email address and password.
2. Click on ‘Check Admission Status’.
3. Select ‘Access my CAPS’.
4. Click on ‘Admission Status’ to view your admission status.

If you have been offered admission, your profile will display your photograph along with a message congratulating you on your admission offer.

However, candidates who have not yet been offered admission will see the message: “Sorry, No Admission has Been Given Yet.”

Accepting or rejecting the admission offer

Candidates who have been offered admission can accept or reject the offer by sending ‘ACCEPT’ or ‘REJECT’ via SMS to 55019 or 66019 using the telephone number linked to their JAMB profile.

Candidates are advised to accept their admission offers within four weeks. Those who no longer have access to the telephone number linked to their JAMB profile should visit a JAMB-accredited centre to accept or reject the offer.

Print your admission letter

Candidates who accept their admission offers are advised to print their JAMB admission letters. The admission letter may be required during the clearance and registration process at FUMMSA.

Important information for candidates using mobile phones

Candidates accessing JAMB CAPS on a mobile phone may not see the ‘Admission Status’ option. In some cases, only the welcome message may be displayed.

To access the complete CAPS page, candidates should use the desktop site option on their mobile browser. For Chrome users, open the browser menu and select ‘Desktop site’ to display the full page.

Candidates who have been offered admission are advised to complete the acceptance process within the stipulated period and proceed with the necessary registration procedures.
