FUTA announces 203rd Inaugural Lecture

The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) will hold its 203rd Inaugural Lecture on Tuesday, 28 July 2026.

The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Adenike Temidayo Oladiji, on behalf of the Senate and the entire university community, cordially invites members of the public, professional bodies, and friends of the University to attend the event.

The lecture, titled “Cost Management: Pivotal in Construction Projects Management and Contract Administration,” will be delivered by Professor Olusola Festus Akinradewo, Professor of Quantity Surveying.

• The lecture will examine key cost management principles, control measures, and strategies that are vital to the successful execution of construction projects and effective contract administration.
