IAUE Announces Combined Clearance Procedure for 2026/2027 Freshmen
Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) has announced that clearance for all candidates admitted through UTME and Direct Entry for the 2026/2027 academic session will begin on Monday, 31 August 2026.
The university said the clearance exercise will be conducted through a combined online and physical process. Newly admitted students are required to report to their respective Faculty Conference Halls by 9:00 a.m. daily for departmental and faculty clearance.
Key Requirements and Procedures
- Accept Admission on JAMB CAPS
Candidates must accept their admission and print their JAMB admission letter and result slip in colour. The documents will be authenticated before candidates are updated on the National Matriculation List. - Pay the Acceptance Fee
Candidates must pay the ₦50,000 acceptance fee online through Pay-Direct, MasterCard or Verve via the university portal:enterpriseschoolsportal.iaue.edu.ng. - Update Bio-data
Candidates must provide accurate personal information and complete all required fields on the university portal. - Observe the Deadline
Merit-listed candidates must accept their admission on JAMB CAPS, pay the acceptance fee and complete the clearance process by Monday, 7 September 2026. Failure to meet the deadline may result in the withdrawal of the admission offer. - Report for Faculty Clearance
From 31 August 2026, candidates should report to their Faculty Conference Hall at 9:00 a.m. with all required documents, including admission and acceptance forms, JAMB documents, NIN slip, birth certificate, local government identification, passport photographs, O’Level results and other applicable documents.
Clearance Process
Candidates must complete all required online payments and obtain the necessary documents before reporting for physical clearance.
JAMB admission letters and result slips will be verified using QR codes at the ICT desk. Candidates cleared by the Admissions Unit and Faculty will receive clearance approval notices through the university portal.
Candidates must print both approval notices, place them in their file jackets and submit them to the Faculty Officer.
They are also required to register a Glo SIM card for the Campus Communication Network (CCN) through the designated ICT/Glo registration point.
After completing clearance, candidates may proceed to pay their school fees and complete their registration.
Students admitted to the Faculties of Vocational and Technical Education and Agriculture must complete their clearance at the Rumuolumeni Campus before proceeding to the Ndele Campus for their academic programmes.
