Kaduna Polytechnic wishes to inform all graduates, students, and members of the public that the flyer currently circulating on social media with the headline “IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! TO ALL KADUNA POLYTECHNIC PAY GRADUATES!” is false, unauthorised, and was not issued by the Management of Kaduna Polytechnic.

The Office of the Dean, Students Affairs, categorically states that:
- No directive has been issued by the Polytechnic Management requiring graduates to pay ₦35,000 as an Original Certificate Collection Fee.
- The flyer does not carry the Polytechnic’s official letterhead, stamp, signature, or reference number.
- Graduates are advised to disregard the flyer and refrain from making any payment to any individual or account based on its contents.
- All official information regarding certificate collection fees or procedures will only be communicated through verified channels, including the Polytechnic’s official website, notice boards, and authorised administrative offices.
- Kaduna Polytechnic will not be held responsible for any loss of funds or personal information resulting from reliance on this or similar fraudulent publications.
