This is to bring to notice that the second gate of the main campus under construction will soon be completed and put to use.

Consequently, the following measures below will be put in place to improve security of the main campus:

• A. Vehicular Movement: The two gates will be opened to vehicular movement from 6 am to 6 pm daily.
• B. Gate II Restrictions: Gate II will be closed to vehicular traffic from 7 pm to 6 am daily.
• C. Gate I Operations: One section of Gate 1 (entry section) will usually be closed to vehicular traffic by 6 pm daily, while the exit section will be opened to vehicular traffic 24 hours daily.
• D. Security Checks: All vehicles will be thoroughly searched (interior and booth) before being allowed entry and exit.
• E. Pedestrian Access: The two gates will be opened to Pedestrians on a 24-hour basis using the Pedestrian route, subject to thorough checking by security operatives.
• F. Visitor Access: Visitors will not be allowed into the campus from 10 pm except on special occasions, such as late arrival to a staff residing on campus. In such cases, the staff member must come to the gate or identify the visitor via phone call.
• G. Identification: Identification of staff and students by their ID Cards remains a prerequisite for entry into the main campus.
