UNIDEL Updates Post-UTME Screening Mode 2026/2027

The clarification was contained in an official notice issued by the University and signed by the Registrar, Dr Esther Akpojuvie, on 22 July 2026.
According to the notice, all prospective applicants and members of the public are hereby informed that candidates seeking admission into the University will not be required to appear in person for the Post-UTME screening exercise.
The University urged applicants to disregard any misleading reports or claims suggesting that a physical screening exercise will be conducted.
The announcement is expected to reassure candidates, particularly those residing outside Delta State, as they will not need to travel to the University solely for the screening process.
Prospective applicants are advised to continue monitoring the University’s official communication channels for further updates regarding the admission exercise and any additional screening requirements.
