UNIMAID Extends Pre-Admission Screening Exercise for 2026/2027 Session

This is to inform all candidates seeking admission into the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) that the 2026/2027 Post-UTME Screening Exercise, which was scheduled to end on Friday, 14 August 2026, will remain open to enable candidates who are yet to activate their Post-UTME screening or have not completed the exercise to do so.

Accordingly, all prospective candidates are advised to take advantage of this extension and complete the required process by following the steps below:

1. Visit the UNIMAID website: https://www.unimaid.edu.ng and click on the POST-UTME portal. You will be redirected to the UMSTAD login page.
2. Log in using your JAMB Registration Number as your username and umstad@2026 as your password.
3. Upload a passport photograph of less than 200KB and set a new password.
4. Enter your phone number and email address, then click “Generate” to make the required payment of ₦2,000.
5. Provide your bio-data and A/Level and O’Level results, and upload the required documents.
6. Submit your application and download your completed application form.

NOTE:

A. Only candidates who selected UNIMAID as their first-choice institution in JAMB will be considered.

B. The cut-off marks and subject combinations are available for download on the UNIMAID website login page.
