UNIUYO Final-Year & PG Project Binding Notice

The University of Uyo (UNIUYO) Printing Press has announced the commencement of project binding for final-year and postgraduate students for the 2025/2026 academic session.

According to a circular issued by the University Management in July 2026, all affected students are required to pay for project binding either through the official UNIUYO Printing Press online portal or by making a cash deposit into the designated UNIUYO Microfinance Bank (MFB) account.

Students who choose the online payment option are required to register on the Printing Press portal, verify their email address, log in, select the Project Binding option, provide the required project details, and complete the payment process.

The circular states that the binding fee is ₦1,500 per copy, with the total amount payable depending on the number of copies to be bound. After payment, students are to submit their projects to the University Printing Press, Main Campus, for processing.

The Management further explained that students who make payment through the online portal should return to the Printing Press to collect their bound projects once their binding status is updated to “READY”. Students who make cash deposits are also required to submit their projects for binding after completing payment.

Bound project copies will be ready for collection within ten working days, provided students present valid evidence of payment.

To ensure uniformity, students have been directed to format their projects using the following margin specifications:

• Top Margin: 25 mm (2.5 cm)
• Bottom Margin: 30 mm (3 cm)
• Right Margin: 25 mm (2.5 cm)
• Left Margin: 30 mm (3 cm)
