UNIUYO Teaching Hospital ND/HND Nursing Admission Form for 2026/2027 Now Available

The College of Nursing Sciences, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital (UUTH), Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, has commenced applications for admission into its National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Nursing programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.

UNIUYO Teaching Hospital ND/HND Nursing Admission Form for 2026/2027 Now Available

Prospective applicants who meet the requirements are invited to obtain and complete the application form within the stipulated period.

Admission Requirements

To be considered for admission, applicants must:

• Score at least 150 in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
• Have selected the College of Nursing Sciences, UUTH, as their first-choice institution during JAMB registration.
• Be at least 16 years old by 30 November 2026.
• Be eligible to apply if they have officially changed their institution of choice on the JAMB portal to the College of Nursing Sciences, UUTH.

O’Level Requirements

Applicants must have at least five credits, including:

• English Language
• Mathematics
• Biology
• Chemistry
• Physics

The required credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings in WAEC, GCE, SSCE or NECO.

Application Procedure

Interested candidates are required to obtain the Post-UTME application form after paying a non-refundable application fee of ₦30,000.

Payment should be made at the Bursary of the College of Nursing Sciences, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital.

Applicants should come prepared with the following documents for registration:

• Three coloured passport photographs
• Photocopies of relevant academic credentials
• A printed copy of their JAMB result/score

The sale and collection of application forms will begin on Monday, 5 October 2026, and end on Thursday, 22 October 2026.

Post-UTME Screening

The Post-UTME screening examination is scheduled for Saturday, 24 October 2026, at the Auditorium of the College of Nursing Sciences, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital.

The examination will commence at 9:00 a.m.

Candidates attending the screening are required to bring:

• Evidence of payment of the ₦30,000 application fee
• Registration slip
• JAMB printout
