BSU SUG Issues Notice on Outstanding NELFUND Balances

The BSU Students’ Union Government (SUG) has advised students who have fully cleared their school fees for the current academic session, covering both the First and Second Semesters, but still have a NELFUND balance in their E-Wallet, to initiate the refund process through the school portal.

Affected students should log into the portal and click on the “Apply for Refund” option to submit their refund request. They are encouraged to complete the process promptly to allow sufficient time for processing before the end of the current academic session.

In addition, students who were not paid during the 2024/2025 academic session, including graduates with outstanding NELFUND funds owed by the University for that session, are required to submit their account details to the Office of the Student Union Secretary General for refund processing.

All affected students are urged to comply as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary delays.
