FUDUSTE Notice on Student ID Card Collection and Re-Issuance

This is to inform all students, particularly those in Levels 100 and 200, that a substantial number of Student Identification Cards are now ready for collection at the Security Division.

Students who have lost or misplaced their ID cards are also advised to commence the replacement process immediately.

Importance of a Valid Student ID Card

• Campus Security: A valid ID card is required to confirm your status as a registered student and promote a safe campus environment.
• Examinations: Students must present a valid Student ID Card before gaining access to examination halls.
• Elections: A valid ID card is required to participate and vote in departmental, faculty and students’ union elections.

Action Required

• Uncollected ID Cards: Affected students should proceed to the Security Division with proof of registration to collect their cards.
• Lost ID Cards: Students who have lost their ID cards should report to the Security Division and apply for a replacement without delay.
