Step-by-Step Guide to the 2026 JAMB Change of Course and Institution

• Visit an accredited CBT centre: Go to any JAMB-approved CBT centre with your JAMB registration slip.
• Request a data correction: Inform the operator that you wish to carry out a Change of Institution or Change of Course.
• Make payment: Pay the official ₦2,500 JAMB fee, plus the CBT centre’s service charge, which typically ranges from ₦700 to ₦1,000.
• Update your details: Provide your preferred institution and/or course choices (first, second, third, or fourth choice, where applicable).
• Complete biometric verification: You will be required to verify the request using your fingerprint.
• Collect your confirmation slip: Ensure you obtain and keep your Change of Data Slip as proof that the transaction has been completed.
