JIGPOLY ND & HND Admissions 2026/27 Session

The management of Jigawa State Polytechnic (JIGPOLY) has announced the commencement of applications for admission into its National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programs for the 2026/2027 academic session.

Suitably qualified candidates are invited to apply through the Polytechnic’s admission portal at https://jigpoly.admissions.cloud/.

How to Apply

Applicants should visit https://jigpoly.admissions.cloud/ and follow these steps:

Account Registration

1. Click New Application.
2. Enter your full name and a valid phone number. Ensure the phone number belongs to you, as it will be used for all communication regarding your application.
3. You will be be redirected to the login page.

Login

1. Use your phone number as both your username and password.
2. After a successful login, you will be taken to the application dashboard.

Payment

Review your details and select your preferred payment method. Once payment is successful, proceed to complete the application form by providing your personal information. Your phone number will serve as the primary means of communication throughout the admission process.

Program Selection

Choose your preferred course of study from the list of available programs.

Educational Qualifications

Applicants are required to:

• Enter results from no more than two O’Level sittings.
• Direct Entry (DE) applicants should also provide details of their ND, HND, NCE, A-Level, or Statement of Result, as applicable.
• Enter grades for relevant O’Level qualifications, including WAEC, NECO, GCE, SSCE, TCII, or equivalent examinations.
• Provide the examination center number and examination number for each result entered.

Passport Photograph

Upload a recent passport photograph with a plain background. The image must:

• Be in JPEG format.
• Not exceed 50KB in file size.

Submit Your Application

Carefully review all the information provided before submitting your application. Once submitted, the information cannot be edited.

Print Your Application Form

After successful submission, your application page will be displayed. The Serial Number on the application slip serves as both your Application ID and login username. Print a copy of the completed application form for future reference.

Screening Requirements

Applicants must attend the screening exercise in person with the following documents:

• Original copies of relevant credentials, including O’Level results, JAMB result or acknowledgment slip, A-Level results, ND, HND, NCE, or IJMB certificates, where applicable.
• Photocopies of all credentials presented.
• Photocopies of O’Level certificates or statements of results, accompanied by the appropriate examination scratch cards for result verification.
• Photocopies of:
  • Certificate of indigene status
  • Birth certificate or Declaration of Age
  • Printed Post-UTME application form

Screening Notification

Applicants will receive an SMS notification containing the date, time, and venue of their screening exercise.
