The National Orthopaedic Hospital (NOH), Igbobi, Lagos, has announced the commencement of applications for admission into its 2026/2027 academic session. Suitably qualified candidates are invited to apply for full-time programmes offered by the College of Nursing Sciences (CONS) and the Federal College of Orthopaedic Technology (FECOT).

The programmes available include:

  • 4-Year ND-HND in Nursing Sciences (ND non-terminal programme)
  • 2-Year National Diploma (ND) in Orthopaedic Cast Technology (OCT) and Prosthetics & Orthotics Technology (POT)
  • 2-Year Higher National Diploma (HND) in Orthopaedic Cast Technology and Prosthetics & Orthotics Technology
  • 5-Year Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Prosthetics and Orthotics, offered in affiliation with the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO)

To be eligible, candidates must possess a minimum of five O’Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, obtained in not more than two sittings.

Applicants must also meet the required UTME scores:

  • 200 for the ND Nursing and FECOT ND programmes
  • 220 for the B.Tech. programme

Candidates applying for the HND programmes must possess a relevant National Diploma with a minimum of Lower Credit, along with evidence of one year of industrial attachment.

In addition, applicants must be at least 16 years old and provide the following:

  • Birth certificate or sworn affidavit
  • JAMB UTME result slip and printout
  • One recent passport photograph

All WAEC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB results must be uploaded on or before 4 September 2026.

Interested candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦20,000 and complete their applications online via the following portals:

The application deadline is 4 September 2026. Details of the screening exercise, including the date, time and venue, will be published on the institution’s website after the application process closes.
