The Management of Sa’adu Zungur University, Bauchi, wishes to draw the attention of members of the University community and the general public to a fraudulent notice currently circulating on various social media platforms, purportedly announcing a “Microsoft Computer Training for Computer Science Students” with a mandatory payment of ₦6,350.

The University hereby categorically states that the said notice is FAKE, misleading, and did not emanate from Sa’adu Zungur University or any of its departments, directorates, or official organs. The document was neither approved nor issued by the University Management.
Members of the public, students, parents, guardians, and staff are therefore strongly advised to disregard the fake notice and refrain from making any payment or taking any action based on its contents. Anyone who falls victim to this fraudulent scheme does so at their own risk.
The University further wishes to emphasize that all official announcements are communicated only through the University’s approved communication channels, including its official website, verified social media platforms, and duly authorized circulars.
The Management has commenced appropriate steps to investigate the source of this fake publication and urges anyone with useful information regarding its origin or circulation to report it to the appropriate authorities.
